1-8: You have some symptoms associated with compulsive eating, but not many. If you feel upset about your eating habits, seek out a therapist or doctor that can help you identify and treat it.
9-18: You have quite a few symptoms of compulsive eating. You could have a problem with compulsive eating, so it would be best to look for a professional that specializes in eating disorders. This is especially true if you are troubled by your symptoms.
19-32: You have many or most of the symptoms associated with compulsive eating. Try to find a doctor or therapist that specializes in eating disorders so you can recover. It also helps to learn all you can about compulsive eating. Use what you learn to ask yourself questions- introspection is what will ultimately help you the most.
