Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, including Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa and the European Union countries.  To reduce the shipping costs for our international customers we ship using the least expensive method available to us which is usually the United States Post Office in conjunction with GlobalPost.  The tracking number provided is for within the United States.  Upon request we will gladly ship your order registered mail for a small additional fee .  Also for a small additional charge we will provide insurance if requested in advance.  We recommend both of these options for high-dollar orders.  Prior to placing your order please contact us with requests for insurance or registered mail to info@rubyluxlights.com.

​Usually orders arrive in the receiving country within a week but it can take as long as six to eight weeks for the order to arrive.  The delay in receiving your order is usually because the processing of incoming packages varies  by each countries Customs Department.  A phone number is required for all international orders in case you need to be contacted.  Not providing a phone number may cause a delay in receiving your order.
