RubyLuxLights.com Return Policy

 

All purchases from RubyLuxLights.com can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date.

When the returned item(s) is (are) received, RubyLux will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date RubyLux received the returned items. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Requesting a Return

 

First, contact us to notify us that you want to initiate a return. In your message, be sure to include the following:

·        The billing and shipping name and address shown on your order;

·        The approximate purchase date;

·        Where you purchased the item(s) (for example, on RubyLuxLights.com, on Ebay through the seller icecream_icecream_1 or on Amazon.com through the seller Bambles1234);

·        Which item(s) you are returning.

RubyLux will reply to confirm your request and give you the address for returns. Then ship your item to the address RubyLux provides.

 

Requesting a Replacement

 

First, contact us to notify us that you would like a replacement. In your message, be sure to include the following:

·        The billing and shipping name and address shown on your order;

·        The approximate purchase date;

·        Where you purchased the item(s) (for example, on RubyLuxLights.com, on Ebay through the seller icecream_icecream_1 or on Amazon.com through the seller Bambles1234);

·        Which item(s) you would like a replacement for.

RubyLux will reply to confirm your request and give you the address for returning the item(s) you wish to replace. Then ship your item(s) to the address RubyLux provides.
